Don’t know what translation this person used, but this passage is in a chapter about dissuading people from filing lawsuits because they do not have the moral authority to judge. They’ve added words to twist the meaning. The actual text should read something like this: Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life? This is meant to show that the Saints (who dat?) are on high enough moral ground to judge angels, not simply Christians, let alone matters in this life. Basically saying: let the Judges and juries of society be our Judges and juries. Not some random dildo who thinks they’re so great.
