mad, i think that’s a joke based around a combination of “old lady” (bea arthur) and “lady gaga”, the popular singer. it is also possibly a reference to the fact that lady gaga and ke$ha are virtually indistinguishable.
Ke$ha rarely has good music, but the particular song they’re parodying is actually not too bad.
Vincent, I believe the primary difference is that Ke$ha hasn’t worn meat. And she doesn’t have meat. Whereas Gaga has worn it and she’s got it.
For the life of me I can’t understand how Ke$ha (god I feel stupid writing a dollar sign instead of the letter s) is so popular – I’m so glad that I don’t listen to mainstream music so that I’m not subjected to the horrors of auto-tune… it’s scary to hear what people consider to be “good” music these days….
we need zombie bea arthur to eat their brains. and maybe it’s just me but she never seemed senile and i never saw her with a walker. if you’re going to make fun of someone at least stick with stuff that person actually did or characteristics they actually had. hm.
@Zoned – where do I start? I told a lady at work once that I listen to metal and she says, “oh, like Aerosmith?” – uhhhh no – and not Metallica or ACDC either lol…I’m into bands like August Burns Red, Every Time I Die, Cancer Bats, A Day to Remember, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, Bring Me The Horizon, Alexisonfire, Atreyu, Baptized in Blood, He is Legend (RIP), Parkway Drive, Vanna… do I list more or does that give you a good enough idea?
